Behaviour and Discipline policy-making at St. Paul’s is not a matter of making decisions on structure of punishments for badly behaved pupils; it is simply not appropriate. We believe that all children are fundamentally good; we all deserve an environment where we are celebrated.
It is our vision that each child should be surrounded by a ‘can do’ culture, where limits to potential are not self–imposed.
It is therefore our aim to plan that each interaction is approached as an opportunity to promote and develop human wholeness – in each other and pupil.
Please find below our Behaviour & Discipline policy, as well as a leaflet on bullying which was produced by our School Council members.
